Everything about sweets
1. Do you have sugar-free chocolates?
Yes. We offer sugar-free chocolates, as well as lactose-free and gluten-free. We also have a filter that you can enable to show only gluten-free products.
2. Do you have gluten-free cookies?
Yes, we offer several types of gluten-free cookies, including Petit Beurre, brownie, shortbread, and many others. To make it easier to find them, you can use the filter and select to display exclusively gluten-free products.
3. How to store chocolate and pralines?
Store them in a cool and dry place, preferably at a temperature of 16–18 °C.
4. My chocolate has bloomed, does this mean it has gone moldy?
No, bloomed chocolate is not moldy. This phenomenon is called fat bloom or sugar bloom and occurs when cocoa butter or sugar crystallizes on the surface due to changes in temperature or humidity. The chocolate is still safe to consume, though it may have a changed texture or taste. For the best quality, store chocolate in a dry and cool place, away from direct light and sudden temperature changes.
5. Are pralines suitable for vegans?
Most pralines contain milk, but we offer vegan varieties of dark chocolate and pralines. We recommend always checking the label.
6. How to store cookies after opening?
After opening, cookies are best stored in a well-sealed container or in a well-sealed bag, in a dry and cool place.
7. Can toppings and syrups be kept outside the fridge?
Closed bottles are stored at room temperature. After opening, it is recommended to keep them in the fridge to maintain freshness and aroma for longer.
8. Will chocolate melt during transport?
Chocolate is sensitive, so we do not recommend shipping during the summer months. If you wish to order chocolate when temperatures are elevated, you do so at your own risk.
