Orders
I made an order for pickup at the store. When can I pick it up?
As soon as the order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided during the purchase.
Do I have to pick up the order at the store on the same day?
You don't have to — your order will be waiting for you.
Can I order a personalized gift package?
Yes, of course! Feel free to write to us at deliiicije@deliiicije.com – you can choose the products you want in the package or send us a rough idea, and we will put together a proposal for you.
For such orders, we will send you an offer via email, and payment is made via online banking.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
In case the item is currently not available in stock, we will withdraw it from one of the stores and we will notify you in a timely manner, with a note that the delivery in that case will take slightly longer.
Do you deliver to countries outside the European Union?
We do not deliver to countries outside the EU.

How can I check if the item is available at a specific store?
You can check the availability of the item by clicking on the option „Availability in stores“ on the product page.
What does it mean when the item is marked as „On request“?
It means that the item is currently not available in stock and in stores.
Payment
1. Is there a possibility of payment on delivery?
Unfortunately, payment on delivery is not available. We currently offer the option of payment by card or through internet banking.
2. Can I pay in installments?
Currently, we do not offer the option of installment payment.

Yes. In every one of our branches, you can choose products, and our employees will assemble them into an attractive gift package according to your wishes.
2. Do you have gifts exclusively with Croatian products?
Yes. In our offer, there are special Croatian gift packages that contain exclusively domestic products. You can find them [on this page] (link to the landing page).
3. Do you offer gifts without alcohol?
Yes. We have a range of gift sets that do not contain alcohol – ideal for family occasions, business gifts, or giving to individuals who do not consume alcohol.
4. Which gifts are most often purchased for special occasions?
For birthdays, gift packages with sweets and wine are most often chosen, for business gifts, delicacy sets with olive oil and truffles dominate, while for holidays, Croatian gift packages with local delicacies are very popular.
5. Can I order a larger number of gifts for a conference or event?
Yes. We make gift packages for larger groups, for example conferences with 50 or more attendees. We have experience with business events and can offer solutions tailored to your budget and the theme of the event.
6. Can I order a gift from the region (BiH, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia) for delivery in Croatia or the EU?
Yes. You can order online from any address, and the gift will be delivered to the desired address within Croatia or the European Union.
7. My girlfriend is upset with me, what should I gift her?
The best thing is to sincerely apologize – a letter or message is always a good idea. And when she forgives, celebrate with a bottle of premium prosecco and a box of pralines from our offer. 😉
8. Can you put a personalized message in the gift package?
Yes. When placing an order, you can enter your own message, and we will include it in the gift package.
9. Do you have gift packages with cured meat products?
Yes. Part of our delicacy packages includes cured meat products, such as prosciutto and sausages, combined with wines, cheeses, and olives.
10. Do you make children's gift packages for holidays (St. Nicholas, Christmas, Easter)?
Yes. For special occasions, we offer gifts tailored for children – with chocolates, sweets, and themed packaging for the holidays.
11. What to gift for Valentine's Day?
For Valentine's Day, the most sought-after gifts include chocolates, wines, and gourmet spreads. Romantic gift boxes and sweets packages with hearts and pralines are especially popular.
12. Can I order a gift from the USA and other countries for delivery in Croatia or the EU?
Yes. You can place an order from any location in the world, and we deliver to addresses within Croatia and the countries of the European Union.
13. Do you deliver gifts to Bosnia and other countries outside the EU?
Currently, we only deliver to countries within the European Union and within Croatia. If you want to send a gift to a recipient outside the EU, you can order for the package to be delivered to your address in Croatia/EU, and then forward it independently.
14. How to order a gift for delivery within the EU?
Choose a gift package, add it to your cart, and at checkout enter the recipient's address in the EU country. The delivery is reliable, and packages arrive within a few working days.
