Classic Sicilian pesto made from tomatoes, basil, walnuts and ricotta. It has a very creamy texture and goes great with spaghetti, bruschetta and chicken.

Ingredients: Tomato pulp 38%, sunflower oil, crushed tomato 20%, fresh sheep ricotta cheese (MILK, WHEY, salt) 7%, basil, WALNUTS 3%, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, salt, hot peppers.
