Cheesecake ice cream with cherries

Ingredients

400 ml cream for whipping

250 ml condensed milk
Preparation

Whip the cream and then add the condensed milk, mix briefly again, then add the melted chocolate and mix again

Gently fold in 1-2 crushed McVitie’s Digestive biscuits into the mixture with a spoon

Transfer the mixture to a bowl that we will put in the freezer overnight to get ice cream

Sprinkle more crushed biscuits on top and add Fabbri whole candied cherries and cherry topping
