Ingredients: WHEAT flour, water, stabilizer (glycerol), vegetable oil (sunflower oil), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, diphosphates, calcium phosphates), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), dextrose, salt. Packaged in a controlled atmosphere. Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, store in the refrigerator in a closed package and use within 3 days. Suitable for freezing. Thoroughly defrost before use. Country of origin: Spain.

Preparation instructions: Step 1: Prepare the filling of your choice. Step 2: Heat the tortillas either in the microwave or in the oven. Microwave: pierce the package and heat tortillas for 30 seconds at 800 w. Open the package and separate the tortillas. Oven: Heat the oven to 165oC (or 145 oC if it has a fan). Wrap each tortilla in baking paper and heat for 10 minutes. Keep the tortillas covered until they are ready to serve. Step 3: Serve the hot tortillas with the filling of your choice, and salsa for dipping.
