House of Asia nori sheets (15g) are rich in minerals and nutrients. Thanks to them, they effectively lower cholesterol and high blood pressure and contribute to the health of skin and hair.
Besides for sushi, which is most commonly rolled in nori, they are also used for onigiri (Japanese "sandwich" of rice). Larger pieces of nori sheets can be added to miso soup, while shredded nori is used like a seasoning and is sprinkled over dishes – especially over rice, pasta, and egg dishes.
