Pralines filled with pistachio marzipan and covered with dark chocolate. You'll recognize Niederegger's marzipan by four things right away. It's denser than others, much less sweet than others, it's grainy so you can feel the texture of fresh almonds and it has an intense, concentrated nutty flavor that explodes on the aftertaste.
