Kimchi without fermentation? Yes, it's possible! House of Asia Kimchi paste is a blend of soybean miso paste, chili peppers, garlic, and ginger, created to bring a fiery, sour-salty kick to any dish. It also contains fish sauce, just like in traditional Korean recipes. It is ideal for preparing homemade kimchi, as a seasoning for stir-fried vegetables, wok dishes, marinades, or as a base for kimchi soup.
