Product description GIANDUIA PRALINE
Caffarel is the inventor of the original gianduia praline, known as Gianduiotto, since 1865. Their recipe is still considered the gold standard in the world of chocolates with hazelnuts. Gianduia (or gianduja) is an Italian chocolate cream made by mixing finely ground Piedmont hazelnuts and milk chocolate. It has a rich, velvety texture and a characteristic, rounded taste of roasted hazelnuts that perfectly blends with chocolate.
