Truffles and mushrooms
Truffles are a precious species of mushrooms that grow underground predominantly in forests and are not subjected to thermal processing as this would destroy all the complex aromas and rich taste that make them a delicacy. Therefore, you can find them in our offer in the form of spreads, pastes, or whole ones preserved in high-quality oil.
