Rabska torta is a traditional Dalmatian delicacy. It is a symbol of the island of Rab, its history dates back to the 12th century, and the recipe preserved by the Benedictine sisters is known even outside Croatia, even in Venice.
Adria Rabska torta is prepared in a traditional way, with almonds as the main ingredient, along with the addition of Zadar liqueur Maraskino, which gives it a distinctive aroma. The peels of lemon and orange enrich the flavor and provide special juiciness to this fine, sponge cake. A perfect combination of Mediterranean flavors and scents in every bite!
